The part-time Virtual Call Center Representative position involves following up with prospective students and homeowners regarding their home improvement needs. Representatives will work from home, utilizing their own computer and internet connection, while receiving paid training and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective students and homeowners regarding home improvement needs.
• Maintain a professional telephone manner and strong listening skills.
• Meet and exceed performance and quality metrics.
• Implement constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Multitask effectively while communicating with callers and using a computer.

Requirements

• Strong listening skills and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to deal tactfully with callers in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with meeting and exceeding goals and metrics.
• Receptive to feedback and a desire for continuous improvement.
• Ability to multitask while talking on the phone and using a computer.
• Above average computer and typing skills; minimum 35 WPM required.

• Commitment to a set fixed schedule.
