The Cashier/Sales Associate at Flash Bins, LLC is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in the checkout lane, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. This part-time role involves handling transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting store operations, all while demonstrating a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating items as needed.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities when required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work on Sundays from 10am to 6pm.
• Strong listening and communication skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or familiarity with job-specific technology.
• Problem-solving skills and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Desire to work with customers and provide excellent service.
