About the position

The Part Time Coding / Web Design Coach position at All In Education is designed for individuals who are passionate about teaching technology and web design to students in a private school setting. This role requires a minimum of one year of demonstrated teaching experience, particularly in web design and classroom management. The instructor will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring that students grasp the fundamental concepts of coding and web design. The position is part-time, with expected hours of approximately 9 hours per week, and the pay is set at $30.00 per hour. The instructor will work in person, providing direct support and guidance to students as they navigate their learning journey in technology.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans for web design and coding courses.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback on their work.
• Engage students with interactive and practical coding exercises.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated teaching experience.
• Experience in web design and classroom management.
• Ability to pass a mandatory level 2 background check.
• If not a US Citizen, must provide Employment Authorization or Green Card.
