We are currently seeking a Community Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of a manufactured housing community located in Florence, Oregon. This part-time position requires approximately 25 hours of work per week, with a monthly salary of $1000, which includes housing and utilities. The Community Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the community, maintaining high standards of living for residents, and enforcing compliance with rental agreements and facility regulations. The Community Manager will be responsible for various tasks, including rent collection, enforcing rental agreements, and managing facility maintenance.
