Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Serve as a community manager for a portfolio of brands, monitoring website copy and creating unique content.
• Craft product descriptions and assist in building website content.
• Brainstorm and create initiatives to grow assigned communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a marketing-related role or internship preferred.
• Proficiency with website platforms such as Wix, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Squarespace.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Photoshop and graphic design programs like Canva.
• Strong familiarity with SEO tools like UberSuggest and answerthepublic.com.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and be a self-starter.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
• Motivation to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Basic HTML skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with email marketing software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, SendinBlue, Hubspot, etc. is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with copywriting for at least 2 years.
• Professional digital marketing experience for at least 1 year.
