About the position

The Viva Home Team program is dedicated to connecting interested home buyers with valuable resources, such as grants worth more than $5,000, to assist them in purchasing a home. We provide a free service that places home buyers in text (SMS) chats with experts to optimize their home buying process, without requiring them to use any specific partners. Our goal is to ensure that home buyers are well-served by offering access to a network of partners including realtors and mortgage lenders. We are looking for a passionate and driven Community Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Hidalgo County to best collaborate with existing team members and will be committed to helping as many Rio Grande Valley families as possible to successfully purchase homes. As a Community Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective home buyers, providing them with guidance and support throughout the home buying process. You will ensure that clients are aware of and can access available grants and resources, while also managing leads efficiently using Excel spreadsheets and CRM software. Your responsibilities will include liaising with realtors, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to facilitate home purchases for clients, as well as advocating for the Viva Home Team program within the community. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the community by helping families achieve their dream of homeownership.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective home buyers via phone calls and text messages.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the home buying process.
  • Ensure clients are aware of and can access available grants and resources.
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets and CRM software to manage leads efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective buyers.
  • Identify and prioritize clients ready to buy to ensure they don't miss out on available benefits.
  • Liaise with realtors, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to facilitate home purchases for clients.
  • Advocate for the Viva Home Team program and its benefits within the community.
  • Strive to achieve the goal of contributing to 40+ home sales per month through our network.

Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual Spanish speaker.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation.
  • Experience using Excel and CRM software for lead management.
  • Comfortable making phone calls to prospective clients and third parties.
  • Strong preference for candidates with familiarity with the home buying process.
