About the position

The part-time Credit to Capital Project Manager/Coach at Sunshine Enterprises is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects aimed at providing financial strategies and operational assessments for small businesses. This role combines project management with coaching, focusing on helping entrepreneurs access capital and improve their operational procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for supporting small businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Provide coaching sessions to Credit to Capital clients to assess their financial needs and operational procedures.
  • Identify and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report on project progress to senior management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Credit to Capital team to support broader department goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services or consulting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent coaching skills and experience coaching entrepreneurs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and CRM software (e.g., SalesForce and Asana) and Google Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and small business operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
