About the position

As a Part Time Customer Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey and ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable experience at our store. Your primary focus will be on leading a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for creating an environment that fosters creativity and innovation, encouraging your team to engage with customers and help them find the products they need to bring their projects to life. This position requires a strong emphasis on teamwork, as you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and working with your team to implement changes that enhance the overall shopping experience. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence and inspiring your team to do the same. Additionally, you will manage daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management of team members, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide outstanding service. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with both customers and team members will be crucial to your success in this position. You will also be responsible for maintaining store standards, ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
