As a Customer Service Agent, you will leave every day feeling fulfilled because you have the power to create a positive start to a passenger's trip. You will be the first to greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience. This position provides the perfect balance if you enjoy computers and learning new programs. You will utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. This is not a repetitive 9-5 job. Our shifts may vary and include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Lift customers' bags onto the belt and assist them with their luggage.
• Participate in paid on-the-job training and development programs.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
