About The Position
The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a team member for their store in Hilton Head-Bluffton, SC. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and delivering the brand promises. The position requires engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will also participate in stocking, planogram processes, and merchandise recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies is essential, as is promoting a positive image and serving as a role model for other team members.
