About the position

Currency Exchange International is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Teller to join their team at Mainplace Mall in Santa Ana, California. This role is essential as Tellers represent the company and provide high-quality assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while handling financial transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the branch.
  • Handle money transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
  • Follow company procedures and policies in all transactions.
  • Assist customers with foreign exchange services and inquiries.
  • Participate in the Monthly Teller Incentive Program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of cash-handling experience required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
