About The Position

DivaDance is seeking enthusiastic and experienced dance instructors to lead engaging classes that empower adults through choreography-based dance. In this role, you will teach original choreography to popular songs, creating a fun and inclusive environment for all skill levels. This position offers flexible part-time hours and the opportunity to be part of a vibrant community while inspiring confidence in others.

Requirements

• Experience in teaching and choreographing dance for adults.
• Strong personality and ability to engage with students.
• Ability to create original choreography and teach it effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a former dance team member, drill team, or cheerleader.

Responsibilities

• Teach 1-2 dance classes per week, primarily in the evenings and possibly on weekends.
• Create and deliver original choreography to a variety of pop songs.
• Engage and motivate students of all skill levels in a supportive environment.
• Complete the online Instructor Development Program before teaching classes.
• Communicate effectively and responsively with clients via phone and text.
