About the position

MPower Youth Sports All Star Dance is seeking passionate part-time dance instructors to teach children aged 3-12 in various dance styles including Jazz, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Lyrical, and Modern. The role offers a fun and supportive environment where instructors can utilize a basic curriculum while adding their own creative flair. Instructors will also receive paid training to learn the school's teaching system.

Responsibilities

• Teach dance classes to children aged 3-12 in various styles.
• Implement the basic curriculum while adding personal creative touches.
• Maintain a warm and friendly environment for students.
• Participate in paid training to learn the school's teaching system.

Requirements

• Must have a clean criminal background.
• Must be 16-18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be drug and tobacco free.
• Must be coachable and willing to learn the system.
• Must be enthusiastic and energetic.
• Must have experience in at least one dance style listed.

Nice-to-haves

• Teaching experience is a plus.
