About the position

Covenant Corporate Management is seeking a part-time Data Entry / Office Administrator to join our team in Hayden, ID. This role is essential for providing administrative and data entry support within our office. The ideal candidate will work primarily from Monday to Wednesday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, although we are open to flexibility based on individual scheduling needs and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Our office environment is fun, casual, and family-oriented, making it a great place to work. In this position, you will be responsible for performing various data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. This includes entering time card data, processing expense reports (credit card) and accounts payable data, as well as handling general clerical duties such as new hire processing, electronic filing, and organizing documents. You will also support office staff with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. We are looking for someone who is proficient in 10-key by touch and has strong organizational skills to manage their time effectively. The ability to perform data entry accurately is crucial, as is familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Proven data entry experience is required, and experience in the construction industry is a plus. Additionally, experience using industry-specific accounting software (other than QuickBooks) would be beneficial. Depending on the workload, there is potential for this position to transition into a full-time role in the future.
