Dey Distributing is seeking a reliable and hardworking part-time Delivery Driver to join their team. The role involves delivering appliance and HVAC parts to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to ensure that customer orders are being fulfilled
• Verify that invoices match purchase orders for each delivery
• Load, unload, and organize product inventory and/or customer returns into a company vehicle
• Deliver parts to customers, wholesale accounts, and suppliers
• Follow a scheduled routine for daily deliveries
• Keep an accurate log of deliveries and pickups
• Build rapport with repeat customers
• Refuel the company vehicle as needed, keep it clean, and report any maintenance requirements
• Help with stocking and pulling orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to wholesale and retail accounts
• Assist in warehouse activities as requested by management

Requirements

• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Customer service orientation
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lb on a regular basis
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
