About the position

We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Digital Marketing and Customer Service Associate. This role involves creating engaging content for our social media accounts, maintaining our online presence, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in our floral design company based in Somerset.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts across social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) to ensure consistent and engaging content aligned with our brand.
• Perform light graphic design tasks to support content creation, including creating posts, banners, and promotional materials.
• Maintain website updates to ensure all content is current, visually appealing, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Provide superior customer service by handling inquiries in-store and via phone, email, and social media, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Assist clients with placing orders using our computer system to enter and edit orders.

Requirements

• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Comfortability with computers and digital platforms (experience with website content management systems is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
• Experience in marketing (2 years required).
