About the position

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Grow Landscapes, Inc. This part-time position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of our digital marketing efforts, working closely with management to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. The role involves optimizing our website, managing digital marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content to enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Optimize our website using WordPress and implement effective SEO strategies to boost online visibility.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage Google Ads and other paid search campaigns to optimize performance and achieve desired ROI.
• Design and produce engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Film and edit behind-the-scenes videos of our swimming pool and landscape design projects for social media.
• Drive to job sites to capture marketing footage using an iPhone, highlighting our custom pool and landscape designs in action.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
• Regularly update and manage our social media accounts with fresh, original content and innovative strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize ongoing efforts.
• Collaborate with management to brainstorm new ideas and develop marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media content creation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and managing paid search campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms for efficient campaign management.
• Proficiency in video editing and tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Comfortable with iPhone filming and basic editing for on-site footage.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits.
