About the position

The QTI Group is seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to support a spice company with a flexible schedule of 12-15 hours per month. This role focuses on social media and content marketing, particularly for ethnic food brands in B2C and B2B channels. The specialist will be responsible for creating marketing strategies, developing newsletters, and managing social media presence while adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute engaging monthly newsletters targeted at our current customer base.
  • Create high-quality content (images, videos, articles) for our social media platforms.
  • Implement and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with followers and connections across social media platforms, responding to comments and inquiries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years digital marketing experience required.
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools to track and improve campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing ethnic food brands in B2C and B2B sectors.
  • Professional portfolio required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly with our team.
