We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Ensure all items are sanitized and stored appropriately after cleaning.
- Assist in food preparation by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning floors, counters, and equipment.
- Help with bussing tables during busy service times to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service.
Requirements
