As an entry-level lube technician at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer safety on the road by providing high-quality preventative maintenance services for vehicles. This position offers comprehensive on-the-job training, allowing you to learn essential automotive skills while delivering excellent customer service in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for vehicles.
• Change oil and check and refill fluids.
• Rotate tires and test and replace batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Perform an 18-point safety check.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver fast and trusted services.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude.
• Desire to be part of a customer-focused team.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head.
• Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
