About the position

Our nonprofit client in Washington, DC is hiring for a fully remote and part time Executive Assistant. The selected candidate will typically work 20 hours per week. The Executive Assistant (EA) will be responsible for scheduling internal and external meetings, managing calendars, maintaining databases, and a wide array of other senior administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have numerous years of experience supporting a C-suite executive and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Managing complex calendars
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Creating and maintaining databases
  • Helping to coordinate and organize board meetings
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive
  • Experience in scheduling and managing calendars
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and web conferencing
  • Ability to prepare agendas and transcribe notes
