As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join our collaborative team and support one of our Vice Presidents in driving the success of our business. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and client management support. This role requires a strong communicator who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and assist in the growth and success of our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive support, project coordination, and be comfortable working in a hybrid or remote setting. The position is part-time, with a commitment of 24-32 hours per week, typically structured as 4 days per week.
