About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to the Chief Regional Officer (CRO). This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 20-24 hours of work per week, with peak working hours between 9am and 3pm. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing various administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include composing correspondence, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, events, and travel, recording meeting minutes, preparing reports, conducting research, assisting with administrative tasks, and managing building maintenance. This position is 100% on-site, which means that the Executive Assistant will need to be physically present at the office in Omaha, Nebraska, to perform their duties effectively. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent organizational skills and strong analytical abilities. You will need to have intermediate to advanced PC skills, particularly with Office 365 applications such as Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, To Do, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing demands is essential, as the role may require you to handle various tasks simultaneously. Experience in composing and sending correspondence, recording meeting minutes and action items, conducting research, and scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and travel is highly desirable. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $25+ per hour, depending on experience, and is a permanent position.
