Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize floors, carpets, windows, surfaces, and restrooms in commercial buildings.
• Sweep, dust, mop, and perform carpet cleaning tasks.
• Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed.
• Empty trash and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Work independently with minimal interruptions, focusing on quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of janitorial floor tech experience in commercial or medical facilities.
• Prior experience in stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves
