The Part-Time Fragrance Specialist at EX NIHILO Flagship Boutique is a pivotal role focused on driving sales and enhancing customer experiences in a luxury retail environment. As a brand ambassador, you will represent a high-end niche fragrance brand, engaging with customers to build loyalty and promote innovative fragrances. Responsibilities

• Drive the business by meeting the goals and beyond
• Support business by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Build customer loyalty and develop client/customer relationships
• Manage multiple customers while maintaining consistent communication with the sales supervisor and other associates
• Reach out inside and outside of the store through events, clienteling, sampling, and social media
• Understand and embrace the company's values
• Stay consistently up-to-date on the latest product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
• Maintain store presentation to ensure the selling environment is customer-ready
