About the position

FACECO is a brand new business located in Costa Mesa, CA, dedicated to rapid growth and expansion. Our focus is on natural rejuvenation using a holistic approach, and we are committed to creating a team that shares our vision for development and growth. We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department, and managing the company calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings. You will also assist with event planning and coordination, handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to various departments as needed, proofread documents for accuracy and completeness, and utilize computerized systems for data entry, document management, and record keeping.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
