Responsibilities

• Build arrangements according to brand standards.
• Prepare a variety of arrangements based on customer orders or supervisor instructions.
• Select and wash, peel, and cut various fruits for arrangements.
• Package arrangements or dipped fruit.
• Receive and store fruit supplies and equipment properly.
• Perform cleaning tasks according to cleaning standards.
• Inform supervisors of low supplies or equipment issues.
• Remove trash and clean kitchen waste containers.
• Follow proper food sanitation and handling procedures.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and connect with every customer.
• Suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Edible products.
• Use effective sales approaches to convert inquiries into sales.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain their trust.
• Maintain a clean and appealing customer service area and equipment.
• Manage difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
• Follow cash handling and register policies.
• Learn all aspects of the position and demonstrate performance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
