About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's is responsible for delivering quality customer service while ensuring that the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked. This role involves pulling and preparing merchandise for delivery or pick-up, assisting customers and staff, and ensuring that products are accurately accounted for and delivered on time. The associate must engage with other team members to ensure correct product delivery and assist with loading merchandise, including large appliances, while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
• 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer.
• 6 months experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Pull and prepare merchandise for delivery or pick-up.
• Ensure merchandise is in good condition and accurately accounted for.
• Assist customers and staff in moving merchandise safely.
• Verify invoices against loaded products and ensure deliveries are ready upon truck arrival.
• Engage in conversations with associates to ensure correct products are delivered on time.
• Assist with loading merchandise, including large appliances.
