About the position

Kinema Fitness is seeking a Part-Time General Manager for their new high-end corporate gym in San Francisco. This role involves overseeing the entire operations of the fitness center, ensuring member engagement, managing payroll and budgeting, and leading personal training and group classes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and customer service, with the ability to multitask and represent the company at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operations of the club, including day-to-day management and member engagement.
• Manage payroll reporting and financial documentation on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Handle revenue management and budgeting for the fitness center.
• Oversee vendor management and program development.
• Conduct outreach for program development and membership sales before and after the gym's launch.
• Lead personal training sessions and group training classes.
• Oversee marketing initiatives for the fitness center.
• Act as a liaison between Kinema Fitness and the client.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Personal Trainer certification.
• Management experience in a fitness environment.
• CPR/AED certification.
