Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in career services, higher education, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of career coaching and the job market.
  • Experience in career/academic counseling or coaching, and employer relations is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in career services and student success.
