Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career coaching to students on resume writing, interviewing, job search strategies, and career exploration.
• Assist students in developing personalized career plans and setting realistic goals.
• Act as a resource for international students, helping them understand specific dates and deadlines and develop job placement strategies.
• Help with events and information sessions related to career services.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in career services, higher education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of career coaching and the job market.
• Experience in career/academic counseling or coaching, and employer relations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in career services and student success.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with international students.
