About the position

As a Bilingual Home Health Aide at ASZ Caring Hearts Inc., you will provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. This role focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships among clients, caregivers, and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Support client's relationships and initiate clients paperwork during onboarding.
• Strengthen connections with clients, caregivers, and office staff.
• Provide outstanding support and service to clients at all times.
• Deliver personal care services, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional guidance.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote overall well-being.
• Engage clients in social activities to enhance their emotional health and well-being.
• Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Nursing home or assisted living experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care principles.
• Ability to maintain medical records and documentation practices.
• Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver's license and up-to-date auto insurance.
