About the position
The Part-Time Home Care Aide/Caregiver position at San Diego Compassionate Caregivers involves providing non-medical care to clients in their homes. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives. Caregivers will work part-time, specifically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, during the hours of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities as needed.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy.
Requirements
- Registered Home Health Aide (or will be within 30 days of hire).
- COVID Vaccinated (preferred).
- TB Clearance (within 90 days or within 7 days after hire).
- Reliable transportation.
- 1 year of caregiving experience.
