We serve a wide range of sectors including restaurants, casinos, senior living facilities, hotels, hospitals, country clubs, offices, schools, museums, and supermarkets. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager who possesses strong sales experience within the hospitality sector. This role is pivotal in expanding our business by selling our innovative service robots to both new and existing clients across the nation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and open to coaching, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients through effective prospecting and sales opportunity creation. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and a part-time schedule, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our service robots, generating leads, coordinating client meetings, and maintaining detailed records of your interactions. You will set and strive to meet monthly and annual sales goals, customizing marketing strategies to effectively sell our products. Additionally, you will analyze previous sales successes to identify effective strategies and areas for improvement, ensuring that our sales approach remains dynamic and responsive to market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell service robots to new and existing clients.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospects using our tools and technologies.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients, updating client databases and maintaining a personal log of contacts.
  • Set and meet monthly and annual productivity and sales goals.
  • Customize marketing strategies to sell service robots to businesses or individual owners.
  • Research previous successful sales cases to understand effective strategies and areas for improvement.
  • Review progress and success of sales, adjusting or pitching ideas for new sales as necessary.

Requirements

  • Past or current work experience in the hospitality industry or related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented.
