About The Position

The Part-Time HR Coordinator/Specialist at Humanize HR is responsible for supporting both internal operations and client projects in various HR functions. This role is essential for maintaining HR records, assisting in recruitment, coordinating onboarding, and developing HR policies, all while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR roles; experience in consulting or working with multiple clients is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize HR records, client documentation, and compliance files.
  • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for clients.
  • Support the onboarding process for client employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist in drafting and updating employee handbooks, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a resource for client employees regarding basic HR questions and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with President and Chief HR Officer to deliver training programs, performance review systems, and other HR projects.
  • Track and report on HR metrics, including employee turnover, engagement survey results, and compliance audits.
