Trellis Services is seeking part-time In Home Autism Instructors to provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents with autism in their homes and communities. Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of experienced Case Managers to implement Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients in areas such as community independence, daily living skills, and recreation/leisure activities.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, with opportunities for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Engage in physical activities as required by specific client needs, including lifting and moving up to 35 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Minimum of 100 hours of working, volunteer, or personal experience with individuals with developmental delays.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License with current auto insurance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in special education or related fields.
