About the position

The Part-Time Inside Sales Associate at Logan A/C & Heat Services is responsible for following up on sales estimates, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication between sales consultants and customers. This role is crucial for achieving sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate timely follow-up on all open sales/service estimates using various communication channels.
• Collect and share customer experience feedback from Re-Hash prospects with the Inside Sales Manager.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through effective account management and problem-solving.
• Utilize Service Titan and other platforms for updates and reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
• Maintain communication with sales consultants and technicians regarding Re-Hash estimates.
• Understand Logan Services products, features, sales plans, and financing options comprehensively.
• Act as the point of contact for Podium and online sales estimates, including follow-ups.
• Support in converting sales leads into consultant estimates or providing ballpark quotes.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on sales and marketing promotions.
• Offer applicable discounts and incentives to close sales, adhering to approval guidelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in a sales environment.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Customer service-focused and oriented.
• Proficiency in Word Processing and Analytical software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI).
• Ability to manage customer account records.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
