About the position

The Part Time Key Holder at Cotton On Kids is responsible for supporting the store's operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. This role involves supervising the team, driving sales, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. The Key Holder will report to the Store Manager and work collaboratively with the management team to achieve store goals while embodying the company's values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team management.
• Drive sales and customer engagement through effective merchandising and service delivery.
• Inspire and motivate team members to work efficiently and collaboratively.
• Execute visual merchandising directives to maintain world-class standards.
• Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably in fast fashion.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising practices and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
