About the position

The Part Time Key Holder at Cotton On is responsible for supporting the store's operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves supervising team members, driving sales, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. Key Holders report to the Store Manager and play a crucial role in enabling the store to perform at its best while embodying the company's values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team management.
• Drive sales and customer engagement through effective merchandising and service delivery.
• Inspire and motivate team members to work efficiently and collaboratively.
• Execute visual merchandising directives to maintain world-class standards.
• Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated knowledge of retail merchandising practices and sales acumen.
• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
