The position involves performing a variety of laundry duties to provide clean and sanitary linens and terry for guests. This includes washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items for wear and tear and stains. The laundry area must be kept clean and organized, and stock and inventory must be maintained. The role may also require assisting in cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed. An exceptional guest experience is ensured by providing courteous and friendly service, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. The position contributes to maintaining a positive work environment for a diverse team and guests.
