About the position

Cowboy Properties is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting with all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. This part-time position requires availability on Fridays from 9am-6pm and Saturdays from 10am-3pm. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and sales, ensuring that prospective tenants receive a positive experience throughout the leasing process. In this role, you will conduct property tours for prospective tenants, effectively promoting the features and benefits of the property. You will also be responsible for processing lease applications, conducting credit checks, and preparing lease documents. Coordination of move-ins and move-outs, conducting unit inspections, and ensuring that units are rent-ready will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants promptly and professionally, maintaining accurate records of all leasing activities in the property management system. As a Leasing Agent, you will assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and collaborate with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction.   • Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements
  • Ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism
  • Familiarity with property maintenance processes
