About the position

The Part Time Leasing Agent position involves assisting with leasing apartments, focusing on sales and customer service. The role requires working 20-25 hours per week, with the possibility of full-time hours during the summer months. The agent will be responsible for generating new leases and providing excellent service to potential tenants.

Responsibilities

• Assist potential tenants in the leasing process
• Generate new leases and meet sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work Saturdays as required
• Maintain organization and sales-oriented approach

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in person at the location
• Willingness to relocate to Lubbock, TX
