About the position

The University of Chicago's Department of Public Health Sciences is seeking a part-time Lecturer to develop and teach a new course on healthcare administration concepts within the Master of Public Health program. This role involves creating course materials and delivering lectures primarily to students in Health Policy and Community Health Promotion Concentrations. The position is part-time and not eligible for benefits, with the potential for reappointment in future years.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and teach one section of a course on healthcare administration concepts.
  • Create all course materials with input from the directors of the MPH program.
  • Conduct classes for nine weeks, with a final project or exam in the tenth week.

Requirements
