About the position
The Part-Time Lecturer in Music at Rutgers University is responsible for teaching the two-semester Art of Production sequence, which includes courses on recording and mixing. Responsibilities
- Teach Art of Production I: Recording in Fall 2020
- Teach Art of Production II: Mixing in Spring 2021
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in music technology/audio production (preferred)
- Teaching experience at the college level (preferred)
- Proficiency in Pro Tools
- Knowledge of microphones, recording techniques, studio equipment, mixing techniques, and audio plug-ins
- Ability to operate a recording studio
