About the position

The Logistics Coordinator at HopDrive is responsible for managing the transportation of vehicles to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high service quality. This role involves coordinating drivers, handling move requests, and working closely with the dispatch team to meet compliance expectations and enhance driver loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation tasks to ensure prompt delivery of vehicles
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Ensure that the quality of our service meets the standards of the company and clients
• Lead drivers in day-to-day activities
• Train new drivers
• Inspect pick-up and delivery paperwork to ensure the client's needs are met
• Daily report maintenance
• Recruit and retain our driver network while demonstrating a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve driver loyalty
• Meet company's compliance expectations

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license + 3 years driving experience
• Must be punctual and professional with a knack for customer service
• Continuous history of safe driving
• Must have schedule flexibility and be available during operating business hours
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Passion for logistics and innovative thinking
• Problem solver who can quickly identify issues and present solutions
• Team player who fits into the company culture
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and follow through on new processes
• Previous transportation experience is a plus
• Experience working under pressure is desired
• Ability to be stationary in a vehicle for adjusted periods of time
• Ability to lift 60 pounds or less
• Ability to walk the job site throughout the day
