The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN) position at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center involves providing compassionate care to residents in a supportive team environment. The role is part-time and primarily during night shifts, allowing for flexible scheduling in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. The nursing team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and fostering a positive atmosphere for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in the facility.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and management to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Valid LPN or LVN license.
• Associates degree in nursing or related field.
• Experience in patient care.
