About the position

Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN) to join the nursing team at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center. This part-time position focuses on providing compassionate care to residents in a supportive environment, working collaboratively with other nursing staff and management to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in the facility.
• Collaborate with RNs and CNAs to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Support residents' daily living activities and promote their well-being.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid LPN or LVN license.
• Experience in patient care is required.
• Associates degree in nursing or related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
