About the position

As a 3rd Key Holder at Claire's, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving the retail store's targets. This position is essential for maintaining the store's operations, especially in the absence of other management. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of opening and closing the store, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and legally. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring that every customer has a fun and enjoyable shopping experience. In this role, you will demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries, utilizing your product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. You will also be involved in various operational tasks, including processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, conducting stock takes, and managing markdowns and promotions. Additionally, you will receive full training to perform ear piercing, which is a key service offered at Claire's. Maintaining a presentable and inviting store environment will be one of your responsibilities, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and engaged during their visit.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred.
