About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in storage, moving, or shipping/receiving is helpful.
• Ability to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification.
• High attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Ability to withstand prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use a dolly and pallet jack as required.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use electric forklifts and pallet jacks to stage production materials.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure sufficient materials are available for production to minimize downtime.
• Prepare materials and storage containers proactively for the production team.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse and trailers.
• Prepare items for shipment and track products received and shipped.
• Complete duties accurately, safely, and timely to prevent damage to items.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation among staff members.
• Adapt to new technologies for efficient operations.
• Cross-train and work in other areas as assigned.
