• Address patient questions and concerns.
• Handle charts and medical records.
• Sterilize instruments and manage inventory.
• Understand HIPAA regulations.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm appointments.
• Perform general front office duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check, reference checks, and pre-employment substance abuse screening.
• Certified Medical Assistant (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume patient practice.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
