About the position

The Part Time Member Sales & Service Specialist at Club Pilates is a dynamic role focused on engaging with potential and existing members to promote Pilates classes and memberships. This position requires a confident and energetic individual who thrives on customer interaction and sales, contributing to a positive community experience. The specialist will assist the Studio Manager in building relationships with prospects, conducting facility tours, and achieving sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, text messages, and phone calls, ensuring timely communication.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class booking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio, whether in person, over the phone, via text messaging, or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and assigned KPIs.
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly studio environment.
• Participate in special events to promote the studio.
• Smile and maintain a positive demeanor throughout interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email, and text message.
• Comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Reliable means of transportation to the studio and occasional offsite events.

Nice-to-haves
